This figure was made by Col. Bill Boley in 1991. He is a 20" modified Knucklehead Smiff figure with mouth movement only. Col. Bill created this figure to be used for a "dummy on dummy" bit where this figure would sit in front of another (larger) figure and be operated through the body of the larger figure. The mouth cord with a ring attached is threaded through a brass pipe which protects the string and allows for easy access. The lower jaw and mouth and teeth were carved from basswood by Col. Bill and installed with new spring fittings which operate perfectly. The hands were also carved from basswood by Col. Bill.
This is a terrific little figure for the 'dummy on dummy" bit which always gets good laughs. Jeff Dunham's dummy on dummy bit with "Little Jeffy" being a good example."
